Scope of Application
LSB-008 Cold-foiled Sleeve is applied to direct and/or branching connection of telecommunication cables.
Technical Parameters
1Ambient temperature: -30 - +60 Atmosphere Pressure: 86 - 106Kpa
2Air-tightness: internal air pressure is maintained at (40±2)Kpa, showing no drop in 3 hours, and conforming to testing requirements
3Temperature Cycle: Product meets with buckling test after four hours of temperature cycles respectively at the min. temp of -30±2 and max. temp. +60±2.
4Axial Tensile Force: No cable pull-out is found 2 hours after d/45×700N axial tensile force is imposed on the sleeve.
5Vibration Tes t: Test results conform to requirements in the vibration test, in which the vibration frequency is 10HZ, swing 3mm, and vibrating time 72 hours.
6Impact Tes t: Test results conform to requirements in the impact test, where a 500g steel ball falls from the height of 1m above the sleeve to hit respectively on two ends and the middle of the sleeve.
